The oilfield service company posted revenue of $1.29 billion in the period, also surpassing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.26 billion.

For the year, the company reported profit of $431 million, or $5.93 per share. Revenue was reported as $4.92 billion.
