SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — LiveRamp Holdings, Inc. (RAMP) on Thursday reported profit of $39.9 million in its fiscal third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the San Francisco-based company said it had net income of 62 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 76 cents per share.

The data-services company posted revenue of $212.2 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in March, LiveRamp said it expects revenue in the range of $203 million to $207 million.

The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $810 million to $814 million.
