The company said it had net income of $143.6 million, or 21 cents per share.

The real estate investment trust, based in Jericho, New York, posted revenue of $542.5 million in the period, which beat Street forecasts. Seven analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $539.2 million.

For the year, the company reported funds from operations of $1.19 billion. Revenue was reported as $2.14 billion.

Kimco Realty expects full-year funds from operations in the range of $1.80 to $1.84 per share.
