The company said it had net income of $60.9 million, or 79 cents per share.

The real estate investment trust, based in Kansas City, Missouri, posted revenue of $183 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $157.1 million, also surpassing Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $155.6 million.

For the year, the company reported funds from operations of $413.7 million. Revenue was reported as $608.6 million.
